About the Owner of Samson Realty
Erzzee Wofford

Our owner, Erzzee Wofford, began her career in real estate in February 2003, and since then has been successfully representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with her personal touch and incredible service. She works to ensure that her Buyers get instant equity as soon as they move in, gets top dollar on her Seller’s listings, and has a track record of attaining a strong profit for her investors.

After serving as a managing broker, she opened and operated the family brokerage firm Samson Realty LLC in 2016, as an homage to her parents and her family’s long history in Puget Sound’s real estate landscape. Her parents, Connie and Sammy Samson, came to the United States from the Philippines to create opportunity for their family. In 1971, Connie and Sammy began investing heavily in real estate, providing a stable source of income to support their immediate and extended family here in Seattle and in the Philippines.

By pursuing a career in real estate, Erzzee realized that there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the customers gain ownership of their dream home – a place where they could come home from a hard day of work, relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor, and find solace and refuge.

She enjoys helping clients achieve the American dream of homeownership, teaching them ways to build wealth through wise investments and earn instant equity as soon as they move into their new home.
