Upper Rainier Beach
Located in the southeastern section along Lake Washington, Rainier Beach is a mostly residential area with a population of approximately 6,000. To the south there is Lakeridge Park which is a 35 acre wooded area with hiking trails, flowing water and beautiful sites to enjoy. Beacon Hill
Located in Southeast Seattle, Beacon Hill was named as one of the top 30 Great Places in America by the American Planning Association. Beacon Hill prides itself for many things including great restaurants, live music venues and a place for many kids activities. With a high regard for quality of life for its residents, Beacon Hill created the Family Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan which is a 10 year plan to foster safety for pedestrian and bicycle paths within the neighborhood.

West Seattle
West Seattle offers the best of many worlds. Enjoy a relaxed beach vibe along the coast while you can take advantage of countless restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Beautiful views can be admired of the Olympic Mountains to the west and the Cascade Range to the east.
