Samson Realty was created in March 2016 by Erzzee Wofford as an homage to her parents and her family’s long history in Puget Sound’s real estate landscape.

Erzzee’s parents, Connie and Sammy Samson, came to the United States from the Philippines to create opportunity for their family. In 1971, Connie and Sammy began investing heavily in real estate, providing a stable source of income to support their immediate and extended family here in Seattle and in the Philippines.

In 2003, Erzzee began her own journey into the real estate market, and since then has been successfully representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with her personal touch and incredible service. She works to ensure that her Buyers get instant equity as soon as they move in, gets top dollar on her Seller’s listings, and has a track record of attaining a strong profit for her Investors.
